Vladimir Putin signed an order on signing an agreement between Russia and Belarus concerning a Russian military airbase on the Belarusian territory.
The President gave order to accept the Russian Government suggestion to sign an Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus concerning a Russian military airbase on the Belarusian territory.
The Russian Defense Ministry together with the Foreign Ministry was ordered to hold talks with the Belarusian side and having reached understanding to sign the abovementioned Agreement on behalf of the Russian Federation, with the ability to introduce non-principal changes to the draft approved by the Russian Government.
