Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of the Congo on the promotion and mutual protection of investment.
The agreement was signed on October 16, 2025, in Moscow and Brazzaville.
The agreement provides that each party shall promote investment by the other party and create favourable conditions therefor on its own territory, and permit such investment under its national law.
