Presidential Executive Order No 261 of April 20, 2026, On the Specifics of Customs Regulation at the State Border of the Russian Federation, introduced a temporary simplified procedure for the customs clearance and labelling of certain goods imported from member states of the Eurasian Economic Union ( EAEU), effective through May 31, 2026.
The present Executive Order extends the application of this temporary procedure through August 31, 2026.
