The message reads, in part:

“For many years, the staff of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency of Russia have tackled vital, pressing challenges, demonstrating unwavering commitment to the health of workers in strategic industries, improving sports infrastructure, and expanding the network of emergency medical units in the Arctic zone and along the Northern Sea Route.

A key pillar of the Agency’s work is scientific research. This includes patient rehabilitation and recovery, the development of balneology and spa treatment, and the creation of innovative technology platforms for developing all types of vaccines, including some with no global equivalents. And of course, I would particularly like to highlight the Agency’s role in ensuring the country has timely access to the necessary blood and blood components.

Today, one of your clear priorities is supporting participants and veterans of the special military operation. Drawing on your vast experience, cutting-edge technologies, and advanced methods, you are helping our heroes regain their health, return to civilian life, and find renewed purpose.

I am confident that the FMBA team will continue to work with full dedication, making a significant contribution to strengthening the nation’s technological sovereignty and delivering on key strategic programmes for preserving the nation and strengthening demographics.”
