The President signed Order On a Special Decision Concerning the Execution of a Transaction by Aurum Joint-Stock Company.
In accordance with para 5 of Presidential Executive Order No. 520 of August 5, 2022, On the Application of Special Economic Measures in the Financial and Fuel-and-Energy Sectors in Connection with the Unfriendly Actions by Certain Foreign States and International Organisations, the President authorised the acquisition by Aurum JSC of 500,000 ordinary shares and 125 preferred shares in PAVLIK Gold Mining Company JSC owned by Gentlia Limited.
