The President signed Order On a Special Decision Concerning the Execution of a Transaction by COMPOSITE SYSTEM Joint-Stock Company.
In accordance with para 5 of Presidential Executive Order No. 520 of August 5, 2022, On the Application of Special Economic Measures in the Financial and Fuel and Energy Sectors in Connection with the Unfriendly Actions by Certain Foreign States and International Organisations, the President authorised the acquisition by COMPOSITE SYSTEM JSC of 24,120 shares in the EKTOSintez JSC owned by Composite System Ltd.
