Presidential Adviser Yelena Yampolskaya will deliver the main report, which will cover the progress of efforts to implement the President's instructions and the main areas of focus the Council is working on.

A number of proposals for further promoting the Russian language and languages of the peoples of Russia, including non-governmental projects in publishing and education, will be submitted for discussion.
