The President signed Federal Law on Amending Articles 3.10 and 4.1 of the Russian Federation’s Code on Administrative Violations.
The Federal Law establishes a restriction on the imposition of administrative expulsion from the Russian Federation of foreign nationals and stateless persons who have served under contract in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation or other military formations of the Russian Federation and have taken part in combat operations as part of those formations.
