Born on February 17, 1972, in Tallinn.
1996 – graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Russian Foreign Ministry, with a degree in International Relations.
1996–2001 – worked at the Russian Embassy in Tokyo, Japan, then at the Second Asian Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
2002–2004 – held different posts at the Presidential Protocol Directorate.
2004–2007 – Deputy Head of the Presidential Protocol Scheduling Directorate.
2007 – First Deputy Head of the Presidential Protocol Scheduling Directorate.
October 2007 — April 2008 – Deputy Chief of the Government Staff.
April 25, 2008 – appointed Chief of the Prime Minister's Protocol, Deputy Chief of the Government Staff.
December 27, 2011 – appointed Minister of the Russian Federation, Chief of the Government Staff.
Since May 21, 2012 – Deputy Chief of the Presidential Executive Office.
August 12, 2016 – appointed Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office
Married, with a son. Fluent in Japanese and English.
