On February 15–17, President of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay Tabare Vazquez will be in Moscow on an official visit at the invitation of the President of Russia.
On February 16, the two presidents will discuss the entire range of issues pertaining to Russian-Uruguayan cooperation. They will focus on prospects for strengthening trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian ties and foreign policy interaction at international organisations, primarily the UN, and regional integration associations.
Several bilateral documents will be signed following the talks.
