Vladimir Putin will take part in a meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council and an informal meeting of the CSTO member countries’ heads of state in Bishkek on April 14.
The Supreme Eurasian Economic Council meeting will focus primarily on deepening the integration process. In particular, the participants will examine further steps to remove trade barriers and set the main macroeconomic policy guidelines for Eurasian Economic Union member states over the coming years.
The participants will also look at the EAEU’s international activity and developing economic cooperation with partners abroad. The meeting will also see an important event with Moldova gaining observer status at the EAEU.
