The President signed Executive Order pardoning Annik Kesyan.
Guided by the principles of humanity, the President ruled to pardon Annik Kesyan, born in 1959, who was convicted by the Krasnodar Territorial Court on August 17, 2015, and release her from further serving of the sentence.
