On October 5, the Russian President will hold talks with King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia, who will be in Russia on a state visit.
The meeting agenda includes the entire range of Russian-Saudi cooperation issues. The leaders will consider joint steps to further develop bilateral cooperation in the trade, economic, investment and cultural-humanitarian areas.
A detailed exchange of views on international issues is expected. Special attention will be paid to the situation in the Middle East and in North Africa, with an emphasis on the settlement of unresolved conflicts in the region.
A number of bilateral documents is planned to be signed following the talks.
