Vladimir Putin sent congratulations to participants and guests of an event celebrating the 25th anniversary of arbitration courts in Russia.
The message reads, in part:
“Established during the period of radical reforms in our country, arbitration courts have grown into one of the key mechanisms protecting the rights and legitimate interests of participants in economic relations; they have rightfully taken an important place in the single judicial system of our country.
Over the past quarter century, arbitration courts have come a long way, accumulating extensive experience and strengthening their capacity and active position on matters of the justice system’s openness and accessibility, and stability in the enforcement of arbitration law. They have made a major contribution to the development of civilised economic relations, and to improving the business and investment climate in Russia.”
