Vladimir Putin sent greetings to participants, organisers and guests of the 2018 Mashuk North Caucasus Youth Forum, which opened in Pyatigorsk.
The message reads, in part:
“I am glad to see that your annual gatherings, which bring together proactive and creative young people who genuinely strive to make a contribution to the development of the North Caucasus and the fulfilment of its significant potential, have become a good tradition. The event has established a reputation of an influential platform for discussions of promising projects, and support for entrepreneurial and public initiatives of the forum participants.
This year’s agenda is largely dedicated to volunteering, promoting its values and ideals, and strengthening the traditions of this noble, formative movement. I am certain that your experience and successful practices will undoubtedly be in demand.”
