Vladimir Putin sent greetings to the participants, organisers and guests of the 10th White Cane International Charity Festival.
The message reads, in part:
“For several years, this important and popular project held under the auspices of the Heart’s Call Foundation has united wonderful and very talented underprivileged young people around its noble goals.
Every time the festival becomes a momentous event for both participants and numerous guests. It makes a great contribution to the development of children’s and young people’s arts and supports aspiring performers.
The festival traditionally begins in the run-up to White Cane Safety Day that is to raise awareness of the problems of people with health restrictions and to help them with self-actualisation and full integration with modern society.
