The President’s message reads, in part:

“I am sincerely pleased that a new and vibrant project launches in Yakutia today. It is unique in many ways since the festival’s unusual format, its workshops, discussions and contests open up broad opportunities for young people to assert themselves, showcase their achievements in their professions, the arts, sport, business and other areas. And of course, the forum’s participants and guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of northern nature and to become acquainted with the history of this old and harsh land, its culture and authentic traditions of the peoples living here.

I am confident that the festival will be a success and will become an excellent and much needed communication platform for active and talented youth interested in exciting and substantive ideas that are result-oriented and pursue practical goals, while the participation in this large-scale event will offer you useful experience and knowledge.”
