Vladimir Putin sent his greetings to the participants in the second International Public-Political Hearings on the Formation of a Contour of Equal and Indivisible Security and Cooperation in Greater Eurasia, currently underway in Perm.
The message reads, in part:
“The theme of your forum is highly relevant, especially in the current complicated situation on the global stage. Our country has consistently advocated the development of an international system of equal and indivisible security that excludes dictate and the use of force, guarantees a peaceful political and diplomatic resolution to any interstate disputes and differences, and creates conditions for promoting a truly mutually beneficial cooperation based on universally recognised and binding legal norms.
This security and cooperation architecture is especially in demand in Eurasia, the largest and most densely populated continent on our planet. The strengthening of mutual trust and constructive partnership between Eurasian countries is undoubtedly a crucial factor in ensuring global stability and shaping a just democratic world order.”
