Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement on Customs Procedures for Goods Sent in International Postal Items.
The agreement sets forth the specific customs procedures for goods sent in international postal items upon their arrival in or departure from the customs territory of the Customs Union, as well as for transit of such goods.
The agreement was signed in St Petersburg on June 18, 2010.
