Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Amendments to Article 322 of the Criminal Code and Articles 150 and 151 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation.
In particular, the federal law introduces amendments to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, imposing criminal liability for crossing the state border of the Russian Federation by a foreign citizen or stateless person whose entry into Russia is not permitted by Russian law.
