Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order On Holding Year of Culture in the Russian Federation.
The President resolved to hold a Year of Culture in 2014 in the Russian Federation in order to focus the public’s attention on issues of cultural development, preserving cultural heritage and the role of Russian culture in the world.
Relevant instructions have been given to the Government.
