Gratitude is extended to children’s and youth organisations in Novosibirsk, Barnaul, Krasnoyarsk and Tomsk for their enormous input into the patriotic and moral education of youth, and active participation in searching for and perpetuating the memory of fallen defenders of the Fatherland.
