Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Amendments to Article 52 of the Russian Federation Aviation Code.
The Federal Law amends Article 52 of the Russian Federation Aviation Code to ensure that individuals offered jobs as aviation specialists involved in organising the use of air space and air traffic planning and servicing, are citizens of the Russian Federation.
The introduction of this legal innovation has been necessitated by the fact that the aviation personnel in their work use data constituting a state secret, including data on state aviation routes and flight times.
