The President signed the Federal Law On Amendments to Article 4 of the Federal Law On Amendments to the Law of the Russian Federation on Veterinary Medicine and Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation.
The Federal Law provides for the introduction of electronic veterinary supporting documents as of July 1, 2018.
It also determines the cases when such documents may be submitted on paper starting July 1, 2018.
