Vladimir Putin has signed the Federal Law On Amending the Federal Law On the Federal Budget for 2018 and the 2019 and 2020 planning period.
The Federal Law was prepared with consideration for the results of implementing the federal budget from January through September 2018 and the anticipated results of Russia’s socioeconomic development and federal budget implementation in 2018.
Under the Federal Law, expected 2018 federal budget revenue will total 18 trillion 947.6 billion rubles, which is 1 trillion 874.7 billion more than the volume stipulated in the Federal Law on the Federal Budget for 2018 and the 2019 and 2020 planning period.
Federal budget expenses are estimated at 16 trillion 808.8 billion rubles, which is 217.7 billion rubles more than the amount stipulated in the Federal Law on the Federal Budget for 2018 and the 2019 and 2020 planning period.
The federal budget surplus is estimated at 2 trillion 138.7 billion rubles.
