Vladimir Putin approved a list of instructions issued following his news conference on December 20, 2018.
The Ministry of Sport was instructed to consider, in conjunction with the Primorye Territory’s Administration, the reasons for stopping the construction of a sports complex in Vladivostok, as well as the advisability of completing the construction of this complex and putting it into operation.
