The President signed Federal Law On Amendments to Article 4 of the Land Code of the Russian Federation and Article 9 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation.
The Federal Law makes amendments to the Land Code and the Housing Code stipulating that rules under Russia’s international treaties cannot be applied if their interpretation contradicts the Constitution of the Russian Federation. Under the Federal Law, such contradiction can be established in a manner set forth by a federal constitutional law.
