The President signed Executive Order On a Monthly Monetary Payment to Families with Children.
To raise the incomes of families with children, the President resolved to introduce, from April 1, 2022, a monthly monetary payment for every child aged from eight to seventeen years, to be provided to citizens of the Russian Federation in need of social support, who reside permanently in the territory of Russia, in accordance with the procedure and on terms stipulated by the laws of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
In particular, the Executive Order sets forth the procedure for making the payment and determines its amount.
Corresponding instructions have been given to the Russian Federation Government and executive agencies of the Russian Federation constituent entities.
