Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order On Presenting State Decorations of the Russian Federation.

The title of Hero of Labour of the Russian Federation has been awarded for outstanding labour achievements for the benefit of the nation to:

Yury BARMAKOV, first deputy head of research at the Dukhov Automatics Research Institute, Moscow

Yury BASHMET, artistic director of the Novaya Rossiya (New Russia) State Symphony Orchestra, Moscow

Irina KRASNOPOLSKAYA, science and education commentator at Rossiyskaya Gazeta, Moscow

Vladimir MIKHAILOV, milker at the Krestyakh animal husbandry cooperative, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)

Alexander PEKARSH, deputy general director – director of the Komsomolsk-on-Amur Aircraft Plant named after Yury Gagarin, a branch of the Sukhoi Aviation Holding Company, Khabarovsk Territory.
