The President signed Federal Law On Amendments to Part Four of the Russian Civil Code.
In order to bring the laws of the Russian Federation into line with the provisions of the Geneva Act of the Lisbon Agreement on Appellations of Origin and Geographical Indications (Geneva, May 20, 2015), the Federal Law amends certain provisions of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation that have to do with the conditions for state registration, alienation of rights and use of trademarks.
