Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order On Certain Matters of Operation of Business Entities Involved in Fulfilling the State Defence Order.
The Executive Order stipulates that in case business entities acting as general contractors for the supply of goods (works, services) under the state defence order or contractors engaged in such supplies breach their obligations under a contract until the lifting of martial law, the rights of such business entities’ members (shareholders) and the powers of their management bodies shall be suspended. Simultaneously, external management shall be introduced at such business entities, with a managing company appointed to fulfil obligations under the state defence order.
