Vladimir Putin signed an Order On Commendations.
This Order awards a commendation from the President of the Russian Federation to snowboarders Dmitry Fadeyev and Philipp Mohammad Shebbo Monzer for their sports achievements, will to win, fortitude and sense of purpose displayed at the 2026 Paralympic Winter Games in the Italian Republic. Commendation has also been awarded to a number of individuals involved in training the Paralympic athletes.
