Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia on the Development of Military Technical Cooperation.
The Agreement was signed in Yerevan on June 25, 2013.
It sets forth the procedure for supply by the parties of military products for equipping national armed forces, military units, law enforcement agencies and special services.
Under the Agreement, military products shall be supplied under contracts, without issuing import (export) licenses for this kind of produce.
