Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan at the initiative of the Armenian side.
When discussing the developments in Nagorno-Karabakh, the leaders were satisfied to note that the situation in the region has stabilised and remains generally calm.
They also discussed topical issues of bilateral cooperation with an emphasis on energy and the fight against the coronavirus.
They agreed to maintain further contacts.
