Vladimir Putin sent a message of greetings to Nikol Pashinyan on his appointment as Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.
The message reads, in part:
“I hope the activities of your government will promote the further development of friendly allied relations between Russia and Armenia, as well as the strengthening of peace, security and stability in the South Caucasus.
“For our part, we are ready to continue our constructive dialogue and cooperation on current bilateral and regional issues.”
