During the telephone conversation, Vladimir Putin wished Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan a happy 49^th birthday.

The discussion also focused on certain topical issues on the bilateral agenda.

Earlier, Vladimir Putin sent a congratulatory message to Nikol Pashinyan.

The message reads, in part:

“Russian-Armenian relations are founded on long-standing traditions of friendship and mutual respect. We aspire for these relations to continue to flourish for the benefit of both nations.”
