The President has signed a number of orders regarding the execution of agreements between the Russian Federation and the Argentine Republic.
The President issued order to accept the proposals of the Government of the Russian Federation to sign the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Argentine Republic on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Cases, the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Argentine Republic on the Transfer of Individuals Sentenced to Imprisonment, and the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Argentine Republic on Extradition.
The Justice Ministry was ordered to sign the above documents upon reaching agreement with the Argentinian party, with permission to make amendments to the drafts of these agreements approved by the Government of the Russian Federation, provided such amendments are not of a principal nature.
