The message reads, in part:

“Azerbaijan has achieved widely recognised successes in its socioeconomic development. It holds a well-deserved prestige on the global stage and is actively engaged in addressing various issues of the international agenda.

We attach great importance to our allied relationship with Baku. I am confident that our joint efforts will allow us to steadily expand productive bilateral cooperation in all spheres and to coordinate our efforts in regional affairs. Undoubtedly, this serves the interests of our friendly nations and contributes to strengthening security and stability in the South Caucasus and the Caspian region.”
