The President of Russia is in Azerbaijan on a two-day state visit.
Talks to discuss further development of the strategic partnership and allied relations between Russia and Azerbaijan, as well as current international and regional issues will be on the agenda.
Following the visit, a joint statement by presidents of the two countries will be adopted and a number of agreements, intergovernmental and otherwise, will be signed.
