Vladimir Putin congratulated King of the Belgians Albert II and all the subjects of the Kingdom on Belgium's national holiday.
In his message the President of Russia expressed his gratitude to His Majesty King Albert II, who today has given up the throne in favour of his son, Philippe, for the attention he paid during his reign to strengthening friendly relations between Russia and Belgium.
