Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on the Implementation of Traffic (Vehicle) Control on the External Border of the Union State.
The agreement was signed in Minsk on October 5, 2010.
The agreement transfers the traffic (vehicle) control from the Russian-Belarusian border to the external border of the Union State and creates a legal basis for information exchange between the traffic (vehicle) control agencies of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.
