Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko. The conversation was initiated by the Belarusian side.
During the conversation, the two leaders discussed certain issues on the bilateral agenda. Alexander Lukashenko expressed a high opinion of the APEC summit in Vladivostok and congratulated Vladimir Putin on successfully holding this important international forum.
