Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on Cooperation in Exploration and Use of Outer Space for Peaceful Purposes.
The Agreement, signed in Minsk on March 15, 2011, sets the legal and organisational basis for mutually advantageous bilateral cooperation in exploration and use of outer space for peaceful purposes.
