The President signed the Federal La On Ratifying the Protocol on Amending the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus on Ensuring Equal Rights of citizens of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus to Freedom of Movement and Choice of Place of Residence on Union State Member-States’ Territory of January 24, 2006.
The Federal Law ratifies the Protocol signed in Moscow on March 3, 2015.
The Protocol concerns the main human and citizen rights and freedoms. In particular, the amendments concern registration of citizens from one nation residing on the territory of the other nation, as well as conditions for entry and exit to the territory of third nations.
