Vladimir Putin arrived in Minsk on a working visit, which includes a meeting of the Collective Security Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organisation.
The meeting agenda includes discussions of key aspects of cooperation within the CSTO, as well as current international and regional issues and measures to improve the CSTO system of collective security.
Several documents will be signed following the meeting, including a declaration on the 25th anniversary of the Collective Security Treaty and the 15th anniversary of the Collective Security Treaty Organisation.
