Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law On the Ratification of the Protocol on Amendments to the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on Measures to Regulate Trade and Economic Cooperation in the Export of Oil and Petroleum Products of January 12, 2007.
The Protocol was signed in Moscow on December 16, 2021.
The Protocol concerns the procedure for declaring certain goods allowed for export from Russia to Belarus and exported from Russia to Belarus.
