Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On the Ratification of the Agreement on Harmonising the Customs Laws of Russia and Belarus and on Customs Cooperation between the Two Countries.
The Agreement was signed in Moscow on February 28, 2022, and in Minsk on March 4, 2022.
The Agreement defines areas of cooperation and allows for the establishment of the Interstate Centre within the Customs Committee of the Union State for the coordination of risk management efforts and for analysing and monitoring customs operations.
