Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On the Ratification of the Protocol on Amending the Agreement between the Governments of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus on Providing the Government of the Republic of Belarus with a State Export Loan for the Construction of a Nuclear Power Plant in Belarus, of November 25, 2011.
The protocol was signed in Moscow on March 2, 2023, and in Minsk on March 3, 2023.
The protocol extends the period of the loan used by the Belarusian party and outlines other conditions of its use and repayment.
