President of Russia Vladimir Putin and President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko will take part in the meeting.

The meeting will sum up the results of complying with the basic document, the Guidelines for Implementing the Provisions of the Treaty Establishing the Union State in 2021–2023, and approve a similar document for the next three years. In addition, a number of important decisions will be made to step up integration cooperation in specific areas.
