Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus on Securities Prospectuses.
The Agreement was signed in Moscow on December 22, 2023.
Under the Agreement, securities prospectuses registered in one Party shall be recognised for the purpose of their placement and (or) circulation in the territory of the other Party.
